Turned 21
Thanks to everyone who came to my party, it was unreal (from what i can remember of it LOL)

hey LJ world, hows life?
I got a new job! YAY
Its at an advertising place in North Sydney.. 9-5 stuff (WHOA! im used to working the afternoon shift) for a few weeks. YAY!
This weeks been pretty cool, hung out a bit, went postering round the city, oli took me out for dinner (godDAMN i love roast duck!!!) an of course the AW show!
Once again, Anxiety Whispers were outstanding.. Mandarin Club is such a novelty!! Its all crazy and asian like! With lights and mirrors and stuff. Stage looked like it should have strippers on it!! hehe it was unreal! And $3.60 beers!!! But yea, Oli, you never cease to amaze me, You guys are incredible.. gunna go SO far!! xox :D
Now AW are off to QLD for some shows! Another town to conquer! :D HAVE FUN BOYS!

that you have a boyfriend, looks like a girlfriend blah blah blah blah... there was this crazy old drunk dude playin this on a radio and singing oh so loudly on the train this evening. Scary and amusing at the same time. At all costs, AVOID EYE CONTACT.
Life has been really good lately!
Everything except the fact i am no longer employed.. this shall change soon tho, so many interviews!!
Last few weeks been fun... forget what happened last week.. ummm, i ensure it was grand fun nontheless!
Anyone who didn't come to AW on friday missed out on one hell of a show.. the new song DISCIPLINE fully blew me away.. such talented boys - no wonder ppl get jealous! ;)
Saturday went to be an extra in the film AW played in... supposed to be doing the whole film festival circuit when it gets released, so that should be grand exposure for all involved (except me, i tried to be out of frame.. its so hard trying to 'mosh' to complete silence!! LOL )
Sunday we went up to bathurst.. iv never been there before so it was pretty exciting... actually iv never been past the mountains!! LOL.
It was so quiet... and the air smelt so fresh.. an i saw where oli went to primary school heheh
Nah, but really.. it was a nice change from newtown, an cool of Mista Pol an his mum to show me round! :D had to come back for today cos i had a interview thingo... OH OH! an i forgot, olis mum bought me the MADDEST jacket... its so cool.. i love it, in fact, wearin it RIGHT now!
Whats on for this weekend, gunna try see evolvar tomorrow & ditc on friday... who knows what saturday and sunday will bring

I thought i might update, simply because i had a GREAT weekend...
Started on Thursday night with ANXIETY WHISPERS at 77, damn was that an AMAZING show... now iv seen alot of AW shows (don't think i have missed one since the start of last year lol) but this one had something special, blew me away. People went fully INSANE and demanded an encore!! YAY! So proud of the boys! We stayed at 77 till the wee hours of the morning drinkin an havin fun, was cool seein everyone an stuff! From there we went to lukes for a while, i freaked out cos i thought i had lost both my wallet AND my phone (wallet turned out to be in olis pocket which we didn't realise till the next night HAHA! and i had sumhow dropped my phone under a table and it had been retreived by amanda, so all was good... SORRY RYAN for ringing you like 2394890358 times saying OMG YOU HAVE MY WALLET :P) Then it was home time for us.
Got a lil bit of sleep, but had to get up at like 2pm cos my family were picking me up to go and see Cirque Du Soleil. BLEW MY MIND! Damn them people are clever!! I like the chick who did that balency thing WITH HER MOUTH! People arn't supposed to bend like that!!!!!!!
Got dropped back home after that, Oli took me out for dinner AWWW! Then it was off to greensquare to pick up my phone... didn't stay there long. We then met the ever lovely dennis and we went out for a night of fun.... much fun indeed. We ended up at some weird day club with ppl who danced strange. THANKS FOR THE MAD NIGHT DEN! :D We got a cab home and slept a bit.
Saturday night Oli & I headed out to C'town for a BBQ at my mum an dads place with my sis and her boy! Althought not much sleep had been had and we were both decidedly seedy, i had a good time :) Stayed there the night, waited up for MAD TV, but it never came on! AWW!
Sunday night i drove oli home, and then went back to c'town... where i still am now
Have to call my boss in a minute and see if i still have a job to return to tomorrow. i SO don't want too, id much rather spend the week sleeping and watching movies like i did last week.
BUT! i do need a new job anyway, so if anyone knows of any going, let me know.
I also want a new house...
but yea, i had an awesome weekend THANKYOU!

A couple of weeks ago, i think about 3 now, one of my lil babies (ferrets) had to get put down. I'd had Zimmy since he was 5 weeks old, for the first week i had him i carried him around like 24hrs a day.... he was like 5 and a half years old when he got put down. Which is a pretty good age for a ferret. He developed a middle ear infection which even after treatment wouldn't go away. Sad thing was i wasn't there when he got put down Luckily i had been home a week b4 and he was so happy, and being spoilt by my mum and dad... I have never felt so sad as when my mum told me the next morning he had been put down. She didn't want to tell me over the phone, so she came over.
I still have my other lil ferret Zia, my big puppy Tobias and my fishy GOKU, but zimmy was special.... i'll miss him heaps.
Other than that terrible event, last few weeks have been grand. Been having an on going horror movie fest at olis (who better to have a horror movie fest with?! :P) which has been fun. :D Last week we watched all the Hellraisers in order - ithink olis has become slightly obsessed :P.....! Before that was 'Night of The living dead' series and now we are onto 'Night of the Demons' I don;t think iv seen anything more b grade!! haha
Lookin forward to Anxiety Whispers, DITC & Angel Affair at 77 on thursday, gunna be unreal.... EVERYONE COME ALONG! $10 at the door!!
THEN i have cirque du soleil the next day!! YAY to much excitement!

EDIT: thought i should mention pancakes... the other day, i tried to make them and oh lord did i fail... they kinda tasted like rubber
No where near as nice as the fancy banana ones at City extra or the apple and cinamon ones at parra westfields

Today at work i won an awesome bottle of red wine for winning a game of musical chairs!!! I was proud of my acheivement... my job rocks on some rare occasions!

I had an awesome weekend... hung out at olis house and watched disturbing films (MY FAVE)
EVERYONE must see IRREVERSABLE its BRUTAL!!! Unfortunatly i missed it when it was playing at the Valhalla, i wanted to see it cos of its warning posters! ohhh man it woulda been overwhealming in the cinema!!!!! but yea, its nice to have a quiet weekend - i could afford to buy yummy food this week because of it YAY!
We also saw DAWN OF THE DEAD! i enjoyed it much... and umm whats it called.... DAY AFTER TOMORROW... sterotypical 'hollywood' kinda film - u know the type!
Been workin lots an going out lots (w00t). The usual. Stuffs good at the moment. Lovein' the ppl close to me *hugs to u*.
Its amazing.. i never actually knew how much i needed ppl till i started living by myself! WELL at least i can say i have learnt something about myself this year! hehe
Thats all really... my excitin new was that i won wine playin musical chairs.. YAY
